Swulve Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, or using Swulve (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or to our Privacy Policy, please do not create an account or use the Service. Your continued use of Swulve after any changes to these Terms will constitute acceptance of those changes.

Account

To access certain features of Swulve, such as commenting, saving articles, or participating in community features, you may be asked to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may change prices for new or renewing subscriptions by providing notice in accordance with these Terms. If a renewal price changes, you will have the right to cancel before the renewal date.

If any amount is not paid when due, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is made. We may also add any taxes, fees, or charges required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of the Service; launching automated queries, scrapers, or crawlers without our written permission; accessing or attempting to access other users' accounts; uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code; and impersonating any person or entity.

All content on Swulve, including articles, reviews, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio clips, video clips, and editorial materials, is owned by Swulve Studio, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service. You may share brief excerpts of our content for non-commercial purposes provided that you include a clear attribution to Swulve and a link back to the original article. Any unauthorized use of our content may violate copyright and other laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation if we believe you have violated these Terms, posed a risk to the Service or other users, or if required by law. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice, but immediate termination may occur for serious violations.

You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing access and, if applicable, canceling any paid subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end, and we may deactivate or delete your account and associated content. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no representation that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date gaming news and editorial content, we do not warrant that any content is complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk. We may change, remove, or update content at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
